You’ll notice how many “professionals” demonstrate low ability to reason and usually lack creativity. They’ve learned how to memorize and repeat instead of mastering their tiny domain in which they claim expertise. Many are disorganized, so any request outside of the trivial either takes way too long, gets the wrong answer, or gets lost as the fool can’t figure out where to begin nor how to get help.
When you get to know them personally, you find out how broken their lives are and how many simple personal problems they create and neglect. They are little more than irresponsible children.
Considering how much business profit is based upon the simplistic idea of hiring people far below the actual value they generate, it’s no surprise that the people businesses hire lack talent and only offer value on paper.
